FAB: Clear LPISM

When using Epic LPI soldermask, clear color, our finished bare boards 
have a slight "haze" left in the finish.  We've been told by Dynachem
and some of our customers that this is normal and usually ends up
crystal clear after mass soldering.  Other customers of ours query
the "cloudiness" or "haze" in the finish.

Any help substantiating the normality or abnormality of this
would be much appreciated.
