Hi Sanjay!

    If things haven't changed, it was +/- .004" for QFP's last time I checked.
As far as lead tinning houses go, there are two out here in the silicon valley 
that I know of:

very good quality..."

"Okay shop, screwed-up the first batch of some of the same devices above. They 
needed *VERY EXPLICIT* instructions back then, but after that, they put out good
work...things may have changed for the better since back then"
