Well, if this were an automated mailing list (a majordomo server or listserv 
server) we could just send a email to the server, give it a command like: whois 
technet, or review technet, and it would spit back a email with everybody's 
email address that was subscribed to Technet on it. 

BUT, since the Technet is a moderated mailing list (a human being runs it, 
Dmitriy Sklyar to be exact) you need to ask him for it. He should be able to 
tell the technet server to put a list together of all the subscribers to 
Technet. I'd send him a email and ask...
