Just a word of warning.  We have found that the distance from edge of
v-score line to edge of trace is dependent upon the board thickness, material
movement, etc. so while 0.025" works for some designs it is risky for others.
Please be sure to check with the board fabricator BEFORE you complete a 
design with this distance from trace to edge.  In general, thinner boards can
have smaller distances.  This is due to the geometry of the scoring blade
(as it cuts more depth it makes a wider cut path horizontally).
