     i've recieved good information from the bga mfgr and also this forum!! 
     (thanks to all those in this forum who did send me responses)(i have 
     over 100 emails from the forum)
     
     i am using a 357 pgba from motorola, they sent me their publication 
     'AN1231/D' it is very helpful. you can get a copy of this document by 
     calling 800.441.6609 . my design is being assembled as i write this so 
     i have no information on how well my footprint worked, but i did use 
     the motorola info mixed with what i got off this forum!

Hello out there can anybody help me ?
     
I am interested in any info on design rule and footprint standards for BGA 
devices.  ?
     
     
Are there any Jedec Standards that cover this.?
