Under stencil cleaners are a luxury which is nice to have.  You will have to, 
from time to time, wipe clean the bottom side of the stencil during a 
production run, unless your volume is in the ones or twos range.  Is the 
automatic stencil wiper necessary, probably only if you have large volume 
production, otherwise, manually wiping the bottom of the stencil works just as 
well.  If you can afford it, get it.
