Could anyone give me some suggestions on where I could get
information on Surface Leakage Resistance Testing.  We are contract
manufacturers and we have a new customer requirement that calls for
the printed circuit boards to have a Surface Leakage Resistance greater
that 5 X (10 to the 7th) Ohms at 90% relative humidity.
