Don- I've used Loctite "Output 383" which is a "thermally conductive, high
strength" adhesive which I've also used to bond heat sinks to components.
It uses a liquid activator and has a fixture time of 2 to 5 minutes. After
profiling, it breaks away from the substrate or component more easily than
epoxy.

Can anyone recommend an easy to use, one part instant adhesive for attaching
thermocouples to BT epoxy and FR-4 PCBs (for thermal profiling work)? I
remember others using a Loctite product in the past but I don't remember the
type. The adhesive only has to last about 10 runs through the oven.

Thanks
Don Foster
