I think Peroxide lines can produce copper in a form that is easily
redissolved. As I remember our old Microplate line it used a crystallizer
to remove copper sulfate from the peroxide sulfuric . It gave nearly pure
copper sulfate pentahydrate crystals, which can be reused or redissovled to
make a electrowinning cell solution.

Tried it, liked it a little. Stopped using it when we could found it could
not be used on peroxide containing lines. The peroxide has a higher
chemical voltage than the electrical power supply voltage, and will etch the
copper off of the electrowinning cathodes. Works best on batch treatments
of known composition, such as drag outs tanks, or spent baths.
Have fun.
