Most of the current professional statistics packages have modules for SPC
related activities.  You might try SPSS Version 7.0 for Windows 95 or Systat
6.0 for Windows.  Statmost is a statistical graphics package that could work
and for a lower price.  I guess it depends on if you are going to be doing a
true statistical analysis of your data, in which case you should get the more
high powered packages, or if you want to do simple Xbar charts, which you
could do in Statmost or Excel.
