OK, for a lighter consideration...

Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst bought Circo Craft, then next, Lucent's mighty
PWB operation (AT&T Richmond - "God's board shop" in my mind).

The WSJ announced 12/4 that H,M,T & F was now buying Zycon (they called it
a "low tech" business if you saw the article).

Then the next day Hadco bids a bit more, the deal converts to Hadco buying
Zycon. Hmmmm.

So,

Will the new name of the company really be Zydeco?
Will the frustrated Hicks, Muse buy Hadco _and_ Zycon?
Would the resulting comglomeration be called Hicks-Muse-Zydeco?
Could any business owned by rich Texans, with operations in New Hampshire,
New York, and Silicon Valley possibly fail?
Aren't circuit boards exciting these days?

Also, would someone please scan that WSJ article, etch that typefaced
drivel in copper on FR-4, drill a hole for every "i" dot and period, and
send it to the editor of the Wall Street Journal to permanently commemorate
the whole erroneous piece in a technical manner?

If someone would design a circuit for the internal layers, I will mount the
SMT LED's to spell out a personalized rude comment which could flash under
battery power.

cheers,
