I have experience with 2 types of equipment.

The Contact Systems unit cuts & clinches the leads after being inserted
and works very well for large volume production.

The Henrymann unit (Quantum 200) also works very well but does not have the
cut & clinch feature. This unit is ideal for PCBs with alot of ICs or small
production runs. Usually the parts will be already cut & formed so that the
operator can just insert the parts.

I have a Quantum 200 for sale that I bought fromthe company I worked for.
If there is any interest you can call me at 814-238-2700 and ask for Mike
Chmela or email me.
