We mark PB's and ID-plates with Hysol M-0-N (ink + catalyst A).
Marking is done by hand (pen) and machanical (pad).
The ink is iaw MIL-I-43553 (Epoxy based) and permanent acc. to MIL-STD-130.
By my knowledge, no special pre-treatment of the surface is necessary.
Try contacting Hysol Div., Dexter Corp. Industries (Adress on the Net?)
for the proper data.
Good luck!
