Greenfield is a package sold by Quantic Laboratories, Inc; it contains
2D/3D field solvers for extraction of transmission line properties,
integrated with a spice-like simulation engine for transient analysis.
It is targeted at the high-speed (or low-noise) PCB/Systems designer. There is
also apparently a 3D add-on parasitic extractor tool, Greenfield 3D, which uses
accelerated multipole techniques for building circuit models of vias,
connectors, etc.
