The traditional approach was to use Methylene Chloride based paint strippers
for this task, but that is likely not an approved approach any more.  Suggest
strong solvents, and one of the safer, stronger solvents is N-Methyl
Pyrollidone, AKA, NMP.

You local solvent vendor/chemical distributor can likely get you samples, and
untimately supply you.

Altenately look at whatever you are using for screen cleaning, just make sure
it doesn't have water in it, as this will likely render it ineffective.
