Subject: FAB: Resin Coated Cu - Tech Ques's & Availability
----------------------------------------------------------------------
---------
Rogers - Circuit Materials Unit has offered copper foil coated
on one
side with our various types of adhesive for many years. These
materials are used to simplify building some flex circuit
constructions and for circuit repair.
Is this what you mean by resin coated copper or are you
referring to
AlliedSignal's trademark product RCC? There's also Parlex's
product
PALCore. Both RCC and PALCore are dual-coated (b-stage over
c-stage)
epoxy/copper foils. There's a pretty good explanation in the
April '96
issue of EP&P on p47-48.
Give me a call at (602) 917-5237.

Does anyone have names and numbers for people/companies who I could
contact
in regard to:
1. Technical questions related to resin coated copper foil.
2. Availability - Companies that sell resin coated copper foil.
Thanks,
Adam Davies
