Hello Everyone,
I just learned that one of our locations does some military work,
and as such, is REQUIRED by mil specs to use solder plate as an etch
resist. This certainly falls into the "regulatory barriers to
pollution prevention" category, and reminds me of the old CFC cleaning
requirement.
Has anyone had any success in getting relief from this particular
mil spec? Has this particular mil spec ever been raised as a barrier
to P2 in the many EPA initiative forums? Lee Wilmot
