Does anyone have information or suggestions regarding this issue?
Thank you.
HP and laser cutting to depanel boards
Potential problems:
** removing conductive residue created by charring of the cut edge,
** unknown health hazards of the burned or partially burned
(pyrolized) board material (residues and gases)
Do you have any recommended IPC working groups/committees/info sources
regarding the safe performance of PC board laser machining
and handling/cleaning/removal of the residues? Is there information
that indicates that there are no health/waste issues?
Or is there something on www.ipc.org that I missed?
Thanks in advance,
