The Santa Clara County Pollution Prevention Program, in conjunction with
the Printed Circuit Alliance and others, is sponsoring two workshops on
"Closed Loop Water Recycling: Staying Ahead of the Regulations," on
18-19 June 1997 in Santa Clara, CA.
The June 18 workshop will focus on metal plating, while the June 19
workshop will focus on printed circuits. Both workshops will be held
from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm at the UC Santa Cruz Extention Campus, 3120 De
la Cruz Blvd in Santa Clara. THe registration cost is $15 which includes
lunch.
The agenda includes data collection, wastewater characterization and
segregation, flow reduction, rinsing, optimization, economic benefits,
ion exchange, electro recovery and more.
