I am searching for information on environmental concerns of the PCB
fabrication industry.  Environmental issues related to raw materials,
plating technologies, masking, safety, etc are of interest.  For
example, I have been told by some manufacturers of PCB's that
traditional electroless copper plating would be replaced by electrolytic
using graphite as a conductor in the near future because of EPA or waste
problems.  Also advances in lead free soldering may drive reductions in
lead consuption, including PCB fabrication.  I am researching the
feasibility of entering the PCB fabrication industry, and future
environmental concerns are a worry.  Please respond to
