Fellow technetters:
We have been trying to identify a source for a "dry box". The "Dry
Box" is a plexiglass box (or set of boxes), usually a door in the
front, optional shelving, and a flow controller operating off readings
of relative humidity. The box is used for storing moisture sensative
plastic packaged devices (BGA, QFP, etc.) to avoid moisture
absorption. The controller is plumbed to a low humidity air source
(dry air, Nitrogen, etc.). When the relative humidity readings rise
above a preset limit, the controller flows some source gas.
In searching, the closest we have come is "Blue M" which distributes a
product called a "Dry box" but is actually a dryer, more on the lines
of an oven. Blue M suggested lab equipment manufacturers.
Any potential sources would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks in advance,
