With regards to dry film soldermask. How far away from fine pitch
pads, say 160 pin PQFP at .025" spacing do you need to be for
successful solderpaste application and elimination of bridging defects
on the fine pitch part.

We are still producing a certain amount of our production using dry film
and our progress group is wondering how some of you are achieving nice
clean cuts on the edges of the panels, because we have some rejects due
to small particules of dry film that are moving into improper places...
