The 1710 "PWB Manufacturer's qualification Profile was released first.  
The pricing is the same 70/140.  The data format is not as good as that 
being released for the 1720 (1720 has Word Templates 1710 has 
Spreadsheet). We are in process of updating the data format for the 1710.
