     1. CO-015 ISSUE B NOTE 2 STILL COVERS PIN 1 ORIENTATION.
     
     2. CS-002 ISSUE A ALSO COVERS THE PQFP PACKAGE.
     
     3. CURRENTLY, WE DO GET THE SAME ORIENTATION TO THE TRAY CHAMFER.
