Help!

The new IPC Flux Specification J-STD-004 has a test method, IPC-TM-650 2.4.14.2,
on Liquid Flux Activity, Wetting Balance Method which states in pargraph 3.1 the
following: "The test specimen shall be a copper coupon complying with ISO 1634-
CU-ETP Condition HA. The width shall be 6.0 +/- 0.25 mm wide; the length should
be 25.0 +/- 1 mm long or as appropriate to the test equipment. The thickness
shall be 0.5 +/- 0.05 mm."

I have 3 questions:

1. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this ISO specification?

2. Does anyone know of a U.S. specification (ASTM, etc.) that is equivalent to
this ISO specification?

3. Does anyone know of a source where I can buy these coupons?

Thanks in advance for any assistance,
