Coordinated both hardware and software resources to

translation, netlist, gerber output, fabrication,

requirements and then configured EDA applications to

PCB DESIGN:
Designed complex analog and high speed digital designs
from 40MHz-130MHz,incorporating SMT, TH, fine
pitch, controlled impedance, controlled capacitance
DFM,DFT and DFA. Created fabrication and assembly
drawings. Wrote scripts to extract Pick
and Place, ATE, and additional fabrication data.
Manufacturing and fabrication liaison for
all designs. Designed Multilayer PCB's up to 18
layers. Used my own methodologies to increase yields,
lower prices and automate the design cycle. Developed
and maintained corporate EDA library. Created
master database of graphical information for PCB
footprint, board outlines, fabrication drawings,
assembly drawings and mechanical piece parts.
Pro-actively tested and debugged library for accuracy
and completeness. Developed methods to standardize
companies design processes for industry compliance.
MECHANICAL DESIGN:
Utilized Autocad for the design of PC Brackets, VME
Brackets and other mechanical piece parts for PCB's,
card cages, wiring harnesses,power bus bars
and power supplies.

teaching of tools and writing entry
