The DoD has a web site which details the status of mil specs related to
the PWB industry. The site is:
http://www.acq.osd.mil/es/std/stdhome/html
(*whew*) It appears that it is updated about every couple weeks. On it
are a list of obeleted mil specs, as well as a bunch of other info.
