Fellow designers:

I am looking for part one of a three article series that appeared in Evaluation
Engineering Magazine in 1994. Parts II and III appeared in October and
November respectively; I just need part I and I cannot find the magazine.

The article tiltle is "Design for Testability: Economics of DFT".

Will provide mailing address if anyone finds it.

Thanks in advance,

-- Jose'
