We have experienced minor wrinkling on a Dynachem Cut Sheet Laminator when the exit temperature rose above 50 deg C. We lowered the temperature below 50 C and the problem went away. Other than that, we have not seen any other problems with HG.

Subject: Dynachem Film Problems
Has anyone experienced problems with Dynachem HG film in the past 2-3 months? Particularly wrinkling during lamination or tenting issues. We have checked our Dynachem and DuPont Hot Roll Laminators and they appear OK. I understand that Dynachem changed the thickness of Mylar and it seems to come off too easily.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks.
