I heard it was a particular time during mid-Summer and mid Winter when
the midday sun is exactly between the equator and the solstice

Hi there,
Has anybody ever heard of company called Equinox, I believe they
make environmentally fit products, such as water filtration systems,
health products.
Any comment on the company or their products will be greatly
appreciated.
