Ron,
If by chance the design was done in Allegro and you had
access to the database, you could try to organize your fail-
ure data by category and refdes (or similar), you could un-
doubtedly conjure a way to represent this on a plot.
In fact, I can think of a couple ways to do this. Of course,
it's easier to think of than do.
