Joe,
I'd be curious what it is about the "machine" that makes it not usable for
Shadow.
To answer your question, I'd think that the configuation could work for
pre-clean before resist lamination (ie. Alkaline Cleaner - Rinse - Micro Etch
- Rinse - Dry). I find that more and more shops are abandoning any type of
scrub for inner layer cleaning.
