Your question lacks a few details, but I assume that the 8" floppy is 
a non-MSDOS format, and the 3.5" disk is (most probably) a 
DOS/Windows format. If your computers are networked, then this is 
just a matter of ftp'ing it between the 2 computers. If you are not 
networked, then the only other way I know is to wire a serial link 
between your two computers and transfer the file via the serial link. 
This will require that you have software to handle the transfer on 
both computers.
