Gloria,
The Assembly and Joining Committee does have task groups devoted to isotropic
and anisotropic conductive adhesives, and I recall work being done on
non-conductive adhesives. Check with Doug Sandvick, IPC ([log in to unmask]) for
the chairmen of these groups. They may be able to give you more guidence.
