Dear all,
Does any one out there have the experience of making hybrid board, with
BGAs on one side and QFPs on the other side? Or even with BGAs on both
sides?
What are the constraints for such a process? Is there anyway to prevent
the BGAs/QFPs from falling off during the 2nd reflow?
Thank you very much.
Best regards,
Victor
