WHAT? The Fab vendor messing something up? No-way!...(jus'
kidding!) But you do bring up a point, and it's a pretty
good one too...
I catch myself doing exactly this more times than I'd like
to admit, which is looking for all the other reasons that
something maybe going wrong instead of the obvious ones...
