Someone added an extra 7. IPC-A-600, Rev. E, was published August 1995.
It is a workmanship document for bare board acceptability, which includes
conductor plating. Gold fingers are covered by IPC-A-610, Rev. B,
published 12/94.

Both documents are available from IPC, ext. 318.
