     Technetters,

IPC-TM-650 2.5.6 is for Rigid Printed Wiring Material and not for FPC,
I guess. And ASTM D149,noted as one of Applicable documents, seems to
define only the concept of measuring.(Although I am afraid my
referenced D149-81 version is too old!)
Does anybody suggest me the practical measurement method defined in
any standards, besides JIS, on the Dielectric Breakdown Voltage of
     FPC?

     Best Regards,

     Toru Koizumi,Fujikura Ltd.
