Hi Technet:
I am trying to revise our in-house qualification
specification for PWB Fabricators. I am eliminating all
references to MIL-P and MIL-STD documents and referring to
ANSI/IPC documents.
My question: Is IPC-RF-245 the document to refer to when
specifying Multilayer Flex product performance? It seems to
cover all of the issues that I would consider pertinent.
IPC-FC-250A covers single and double sided flex, but does
not cover M/L flex. If IPC-RF-245 (which is a rigid-flex
spec) is not the right spec, what is???
Thanks,
Dave Sullivan
