   REFERENCE: Upgrading old Excellon Machines

i have found a 2 year old article from PC Fab which refers to the
above company, and describes their upgrade kit for vintage Excellon
    drilling machines.
    Do they still exist?
Has anyone any information regarding the effectiveness of the
    upgrade?
