Peter, at the SMTA sponsored Technology in the Park Conference just
completed this week in RTP, Raleigh, NC, there was a paper presented by Jim
Young of ChipScale that addressed this package. Bill Barthel from your
facility was at the conference, and he may be able to share some info with
