The IPC is sponsoring a comprehensive PWB benchmark survey for IPC
members in the U.S. and Canada who manufacture bare printed wiring
boards for sale. The survey includes benchmarks for employee
productivity in the various process areas, yield information by type of
board, information on certification and quality measurement tools, and
information on customer and employee satisfaction. Survey forms were
mailed last week to IPC members who are eligible. Results will be
available in spring of 1997 *only to participating companies.* If you would
like more information, please contact me.
