I am looking for some insight into JTAG testing of BGA's devices or JTAG in
general. We presently are looking towards a isulated JTAG test on our BGA's
devices for a debug tool. Is anyone doing a isulated or a full JTAG test on
there boards. Any inforamtion on this subject would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks
