I have used marker "pens" from Metron Optics (Solona Beach, CA 619-755-477). 
 They come in various colors and can be removed with various solvents (and 
peelable, I think).  Also, Fluxmarker (Chicago, IL 800-621-0080) makes a pen 
which not only marks defects but apply the flux needed for solder joint 
repair.

Does anybody have a source for SMALL markers??  We normally use adhesive
arrows, but are running very small (.4x.8") tight packed double sided
boards, and Inspection needs something to mark them with.
