Although in an ideal situation, I'd try to avoid wavesoldering any
of these plastic packs, I can say from experience, that at GE we've
wave soldered several million DPAK FETS in making compact fluorescent
ballasts.  The extra cost of 2 processes is just too prohibitive for
a cheap item like these.
