Dear TechNetters :

I'd like to get some information about the substrate of PBGA.
 1) Are there any materials qualified except BT-epoxy and PPO?
 2) What is the requirement to be qualified by PCB house and/or
    Packaging house?

Any comments for above will be appreciated.
