How about "MAYBE"?

I've seen copper wires soldered to aluminum tabs using a very active flux
core wire solder made by Nihon Almit.

Aluminum has a very tenacious oxide coating, but if it is reduced, tin-lead
will wet it, I believe.

This may be an old address, but try these people who used to sell Almit:

Seika Corporation
20000 Mariner Ave., #100
Torrance, CA 90503
213-373-0404

This is by no means an endorsement of interconnecting boards with aluminum
wire. Sheesh.
