     Some questions about your process on the 50 mil connector 
     soldering question.
     
     1.  What type machine do you have?
     
     2.  What is the direction of flow of the connector across 
     your wave solder machine? example:  End first or side first.
     
     3.  Does one end of the 50 mil connector have a solder thief 
     to draw the solder away from the last two pins as the 
     connector leaves the solder wave?
     
     4.  Do you use any type of mask between the pins of the 
     connector to minimize or eliminate bridging.
     
     5.  Have you tried paste in hole?
