I have not found job postings a problem.  They are easy to screen out, as are
technical postings that are not of interest to me.  Creating another forum
for this seems a waste of effort to set up, maintain and view.  In response to
concerns expressed that some head hunters may choke the system with job 
postings,.. we have not experienced that or, from what I have seen, any abuse of
TechNet with job postings.  We should not run in fear from what might happen or
else we would never leave the house in the morning.  Let the job postings on 
TechNet continue and provide appropriate corrective measures if and when
individuals abuse the forum.
