In the last two months, I have purchased several copies of J-STD-001A, at
non-member price. Does the IPC offer any sort of return policy or discount
on new revisions for current purchases of older revisions?

J-STD-001, revision B, "Requirements for Soldered Electrical and
Electronic Assemblies," has been published by IPC.
J-STD-001B is the joint IPC-EIA national soldering standard.
The price is $30 for IPC members, 60 for nonmembers.
